Dulcedo Patisserie Hills Road
«Patisserie is an Art, an exploration of modern cuisine»
Afternoon Tea and Macaron Demonstration
This is an afternoon tea with a distinctly continental theme.
As soon as we first discovered Dulcedo we knew that we would like to host a society event there.
For this bespoke event we are the guests of Andrew and Joanna owners of this delightful little Patisserie on Hills Road, just a «stones throw» from the Botanical Gardens.
Dulcedo believe in stretching the boundaries of what can be done with pastry.
They are constantly chasing the forefront of modern Patisserie to try to find initiative ways to encapsulate flavour, substance and finesse in order to achieve exactly what they do.
All their products are 100% home made and all ingredients are locally sourced and of the highest quality.
We will meet at 2pm at the cafe where we will enjoy a refreshing glass of iced tea before joining Andrew for the Macaron demonstration.
After the demonstration Joanna will take your order for tea or coffee to compliment a selection of gourmet continental style canape's which will be followed by 2 macarons and a Patisserie of your choice from the cabinet.
Believe me when we say that these are really delicious and you will find it hard to choose!
This is a members only event with limited places due to the size of the venue.
Please note that service charge is not included so please feel free to show your appreciation after the event if you wish to do so.
