Running on Thursday evenings from 8pm — 9.15pm starting 3rd May, Yoga Basics will take you through the foundational elements of yoga. Starting with breath and bodily awareness, we will move through an array of postures and different styles of yoga. All classes will be suitable for ALL abilities, so don't let that thought of "I'm not bendy enough!" keep you from giving it a go!
