Join us as we explore the life of social reformer Toyohiko Kagawa, also known as 'The Saint in the Slums'.

Toyohiko Kagawa was a Christian pacifist, social reformer, and labour activist. A man of extraordinary learning, passion and impact, he authored over 150 books, both fiction and non-fiction (many of which haven't been translated into English). He was also nominated for the Nobel Prize five times, twice in Literature and three times for the Nobel Peace Prize.

This talk will be given by Philip Powell, Training Manager at the Jubilee Centre, who will then lead us in a time of discussion.
