Join Janine for a cleansing workshop designed to detox and help you leap into spring!
Spring, is a time of renewal, “lightening the load” from winter time, and the time to engage in a physical and emotional spring clearing to help propel us into summer months. We look to create a suppleness in the body so that we can feel mentally and physically more fluid and flexible.
This workshop will include a vinyasa flow class structured around moving energy within the inseams and outer aspects of the legs, followed by a yin sequence to support this theme which moves energy within the subtle body The close of practice will include a yoga nidra to relax and unwind and digest class.
