Did you know that mindfulness meditation can increase emotional intelligence and resilience? This, in turn, can improve productivity and performance in work and life and can positively impact your interpersonal relationships. On a personal level, it can greatly help with a multitude of mental and physical health problems.

Dr. Reena Kotecha is a physician specialised in the area. She lectures globally on the subject and teaches mindfulness meditation and pranayama (yogic breathing) in Cambridge.

Join us for an informational and experiential event at CoFifteen (Cherry Hinton) as Reena facilitates some mindful practice during the workshop as well as highlighting the neuroscientific effects it is having on our brains.
